CSIRO's Data61 Undergraduate Researcher
Created a multimodal deepfake analysis system integrating CNN/Vision Transformer detection, explainable AI techniques (SHAP, LIME) and image-to-text captioning with CLIP and attention mechanisms. Implemented a large-language-model (LLM) contextual explanation module using Llama 3.1 and Ollama with custom prompt engineering to generate forensic insights. Developed a unified Python pipeline with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers and deployed RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration of deepfake analysis into existing forensic workflows.
LINQIA Generative AI Engineering Intern
Led the development of algorithms that analysed millions of creator profiles and matched their content styles with brand campaign requirements using advanced natural-language processing and computer-vision techniques. Built an LLM-driven system to generate personalised campaign briefs for creators based on historical performance, brand guidelines and campaign objectives; validated submissions against outlined requirements. Developed a software tool to track and analyse energy-project trends using AEMO data, improving insight into energy transition dynamics. Designed a machine-learning approach for energy transition model calibration that reduced estimation errors by approximately 15% compared with traditional methods. Led deep-learning analysis of methane LiDAR inversion algorithms, streamlining data-processing pipelines and documenting optimization opportunities to enhance emission detection accuracy. Developed statistical methodologies to analyse multi-resolution meteorological datasets for boundary-layer stability assessment and improved fugitive methane emission rate estimates.
